Delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days. It may take longer if you live in a rural area.

Of course! All our canvas prints come wrapped around the frame and ready to hang. Super easy!

We use wooden, kiln-dried frames with depths of 3cm. Each of our high-quality, durable frames includes a raised lip around the perimeter – this keeps indentations from forming on the canvas. For the gallery wrap option, please ensure that you allow for an extra 3.5cm around the sides of your image as this is how much will be wrapped around the sides, so avoid having anything within this area that you don’t want wrapped around and effectively getting cut off.

All of our canvas frames are printed onto quality matte cotton with a GSM (Grams per Square Metre) count of 360, ensuring a perfect photo finish. The canvas is protected by using high quality latex inks that are resistant to dust, water, and UV light. We take our product seriously, so we always guarantee product and customer service satisfaction.

We currently offer the following wrapping options: gallery, mirrored, and solid colour. “Gallery wrap” means the image is wrapped around the sides, “mirrored wrap” means the image is reflected onto the sides, and “solid colour” allows you to choose a solid colour for the sides. If you’d like the gallery wrap option, please ensure that you allow for an extra 3.5cm around the sides of your image as this is how much will be wrapped around the sides, so avoid having anything within this area that you don’t want wrapped around and effectively getting cut off.

We use state-of-the-art, professional Epson printers, along with certified Epson inks.

Cleaning your canvas print couldn’t be easier. Simply us a static-electricity dusting cloth or a vacuum with a brush attachment to go over the canvas lightly. Never use chemicals or sprays as it WILL damage the product, so just keep that in mind.

If you keep your canvas print out of direct sunlight and if you clean it regularly to ensure the dust isn’t piling on, your canvas print should last a good number of years. As with anything, it will depend on how you care for it.
